IA offers a unique suite of appliances that help lead a healthier life. From the start, we knew that the journey to each of their products needed to be bespoke, so it’s paramount that our teams fully understand their core values, so to express it through the user journey and e-commerce experience.

This project got off the ground with an 8-hour workshop, putting our heads together in a collaborative working environment, where we clearly defined the starting point and each subsequent touch point that led to the goal.

Allowed us to analyse the data at hand, generate ideas, gain alignment, and better understand the desired outcomes in order to strategise the best roadmap to success. The result? A new, optimised user journey that successfully caters to different industry segments, whether you’re a owner of a catering business or a new home.
