The NHS is our country's crown jewel. Together we created a mobile solution developed to guide patients and carers alongside their appointment visits with healthcare professionals.

    The app allows patients to prepare by filling in questions on what they might want to think about before the consultation. It serves as a reminder or just some handy notes to make sure the time spent with the doctor or nurse is used as effectively as possible.

    Available for iOS and Android

    Forms are securely stored on the smartphone or tablet so it can be accessed offline, or even as a print out. Currently piloting in NHS practices*
